

A fragmented market with no real digital infrastructure.
We approached CORE™ as a full-stack brand and product build. We started with the naming and conceptual foundation, structuring the brand around three colour-coded pillars — Training, Recovery, and Performance — a system that organises every service and simplifies how clients navigate the offer. From there, we designed and developed a fully custom website on a modern, headless architecture (Astro + Cloudflare), with a CMS built from scratch on the client's own platform — no templates, no page builders, full control over structure, content, and performance. The front-end was engineered for speed, scalability, and conversion: server-rendered pages, modular components, a custom booking/contact flow, and integrated forms feeding directly into the client's pipeline. Brand, content systems, and AI-assisted creative production were layered on top to enable fast iteration across launch and seasonal campaigns.
